Access to and use of the 77pk platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 77pk.

Failed Deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your 77pk wallet within the stated processing window, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. 77pk will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.

Withdrawal requests on 77pk are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.

General Bonus Conditions that apply to all 77pk promotions unless stated otherwise:

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets on 77pk, including PSL, international ODIs, T20Is, and Test matches, are governed by the sports betting rules published in the Cricket section. Bets placed on abandoned or cancelled matches are voided and stakes returned unless specific rules state otherwise. In-play bets are final once confirmed — accidental bets cannot be reversed.

Casino Games: The outcome of all casino games on 77pk is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited. 77pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Malfunction of any game software voids all associated bets and stakes are returned.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. 77pk reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific players at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Errors & Omissions: In the event that a market is created with an obvious error in odds, prices, or conditions — including but not limited to clerical errors or technical faults — 77pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77pk and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt practice in connection with sporting events available on 77pk.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions made on 77pk.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 77pk immediately via support.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77pk may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets and bonuses, freeze and forfeit the account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77pk's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. 77pk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77pk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

You may close your 77pk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure of your account, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

77pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 77pk policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.

77pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page at 77pk.bio/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued play after the effective date of any change will be treated as unambiguous acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77pk's international gaming licence is issued.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under applicable local law.

Nothing in this section prevents 77pk from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
